Refund policy

Returns and refunds:

We hope you love your print. However, if you would like to return your order, please email us at info@nicolastumblesart.com to arrange this.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, and any items should be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we’re unable to accept liability for any loss or damage during the return journey. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was approved or not. Nicola Stumbles Art reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet these requirements. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@nicolastumblesart.com

If your print arrives damaged, please get in touch so we can work with you to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage that occurs after the item has been safely delivered.
